Meet Kimberly Hancock from Thrasher Basement Systems

Title: Training Coordinator

Kim is the Training Coordinator for Foundation Supportworks and has been involved in varying employee development roles for the majority of her career. Her focus is to support the training department by developing and maintaining training materials and preparing logistics for the multitude of trainings offered throughout the year. She also works closely with the FSI engineering department to assist in curriculum development and updates for the many webinars and industry presentations delivered to both the FSI dealer network and design professionals nationwide.

Kim has over 15 years experience in administrative and training roles ranging from the management of a full service administrative department which included reception, supply room, copy and printing support to executive assisting and large-scale project and event planning.

Kim is actively involved with her church where she volunteers in several areas of ministry. She lives in Omaha, NE with her husband Chris, son Trevor and daughter Sydney. Kim has a passion for serving and developing people, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and likes movies, music, and cooking.
