I just had the waterproofing done for my basement yesterday. I can't say enough good things about Mel Martinez and his crew. They were very professional and courteous and did an amazing job on my basement. They cleaned everything up before they left and there was nothing for me to do. I really appreciate their work and am looking forward to having a water-free basement in the future. Thanks Thrasher!!

Quite pleased with our radon mitigation!ââ We had Thrasher install a radon mitigation system in our house... The workers were friendly, professional, quick, and they cleaned up after themselves. A few weeks later and we just got our post-mitigation radon test back and it is less than .5 pCi (better than outdoor air)! I couldn't be happier. Money well spent, thanks Thrasher!â

These guys are ROCK STARS! The salesman was accurate and the workers were fast, clean and got the entire job done in half a day. We'll always go back to Thrasher Basement Systems and we highly recommend them to everyone we know. The water problem we had been fighting for 4 years was solved in half a day. We haven't had a basement water issue since!

I would give a 5 star rating, simply because your staff is so totally above a beyond when it comes to being helpful, friendly and knowledgable. They never seem to make a person feel that any question is unworthy of a thoughtful answer and if they do not have an answer, they attempt to get the information you have requested in a very timely manner.

You will NOT find a company who cares more about its customers. Every employee (whether administrative or a crew member) takes pride in solid work and has a smile on his/her face at the same time. It is so nice in this day and age to be able to be able to fix up your house with complete confidence that everything will be done correctly and honestly!

My in-laws had Thrasher fix their basement and are very happy! We also have some other family friends that used Thrasher before they finished their basement and they are very happy with the results! I would recommend them to anyone!

My Church had a Thrasher Basement System installed 2 years ago and we have been extrememly happy with it. As a Church, our Annual Maintenances are included and this has provided a much needed piece of mind. TWO THUMBS UP!! Our first experience with Thrasher Basement Systems was in 2002. We were new to the area and purchasing a home. On our walk-through, we found WATER in the basement. Thrasher came out---assessed the problem, fixed the problem and then put us on an annual service schedule so we wouldn't have that problem again. When we built our new home in 2007, we were sure to include Thrasher's interior water control system from the very start. THANK YOU- Thrasher Basement Systems for your commitment to service!

We are so thankful we had our basement waterproofed last year (2010) due to all the spring rains which flooded our basement multiple times. We didn't realize how beneficial that would be just a year later! All of the flooding happening this year (2011) caused so many worries, but knowing that our basement was guaranteed to be dry, our fears were put to rest and we didn't have ANY water in our basement during all of the flooding. Our belongings were protected and our basement was dry. Thank you Thrasher for protecting our home! Your staff and service were amazing! In fact, when the crew came out to do the job, they saw something that wouldn't work as the original proposal stated, and when all was said and done, Thrasher picked up the tab on the difference to make sure our basement's job was done correctly, and at no extra cost to us from what was originally proposed. I'd 100% recommend Thrasher to anyone looking for waterproofing!

Highly recommend Thrasher! We had water everywhere in our basement this spring We found Thrasher on a Google search and checked them out. They were great to work with from the free estimate to the installation crew. We are very happy with the results!

We had thrasher install a radon mitigation system in our house. Our radon level was only slightly elevated (4.8 pCi) and after having the estimate done we learned that they only guarantee their mitigation system to get it below 4. Obviously if I had the system installed and it only went to 4 I would have been livid, but I decided to just hope for the best and have it done. The workers were friendly, professional, quick, and they cleaned up after themselves. A few weeks later and we just got our post-mitigation radon test back and it is less than .5 pCi (better than outdoor air)! I couldn't be happier. Money well spent, thanks Thrasher!
