We Recently had our Thrasher Basement waterproofing system inspected by your service tech, Matt Temme. He is a great guy and gave us the info and confidence we need to continue to benefit from our system. This is the second home we have used a Thrasher system on and are extremely pleased with the results.

They insulated my basement.They did a very nice job. They were very professional. I was a little bit leery of having them in my house when I wouldn’t be around, but after meeting them, they were very nice and it wasn’t even an issue.

In hindsight, I wonder if the model of fan installed was based upon communication between the test holes and actual suction points or on salesman's initial sketch and assumption of worst case sub slab material. Fan selection was never discussed. Selecting the fan based upon actual conditions could reduce energy consumption and noise.

We had a Thrasher Basement crew install basement wall anchors today. I was pleasently surprised to see their excellent work ethic, they were throughly knowledgeable, and had no wasted movements. I sincerely thanked these two men for their work, professional manners, and williness to answer any questions that I might have had. The crew arrived on time. It would have been nice to have the structural engineer present when the crew arrived so they could review the plans together. Other than that, it was a painless experience and the crew did a great job on clean up when they were done.

This winter, Jason from Thrasher Basement completed the installation of a radon mitigation system in our multi-level residence. His team performed a vital service to my family by reducing our radon level from over 16pCi/L to under 3pCi/L (less than 4pCi/L represents a safe level). It also produced the unexpected benefit of removing a stale house odor we've been unable to get rid of for over a dozen years. They were very accommodating in determining the exact placement of the entire mitigation system and were meticulous about cleaning-up their work area when the project was completed. We were impressed that the production manager, Aaron, stopped by during a portion of the installation to provide us additional assurance that some minor modifications (necessary for our particular residence) were being performed properly and to check on our satisfaction with the project. Every question I asked during the process was thoroughly answered with courtesy and a pleasant demeanor. Of course, this wonderful experience all started with a very encouraging visit from the Thrasher sales rep, Don, who set up the radon gas testing equipment and patiently explained to my wife and I all of our options, based on the test results. Don was extremely pleasant and at no time placed even the slightest pressure on us to accept the services of Thrasher Basement, though he spoke highly of their capabilities and commitment. The folder of professional and informative brochures he left us was helpful in understanding the health risks and remedies we had to consider. And we also found other helpful resources at the Thrasher Basement website. From start to finish, our experience with the Thrasher staff was exceptional. We highly recommend their services to anyone in the Nebraska, Western Iowa, and Northwestern Missouri region.

<strong>Quite pleased with our radon mitigation!‎‎</strong> We had Thrasher install a radon mitigation system in our house... The workers were friendly, professional, quick, and they cleaned up after themselves. A few weeks later and we just got our post-mitigation radon test back and it is less than .5 pCi (better than outdoor air)! I couldn't be happier. Money well spent, thanks Thrasher!‎
