The SmartSump crawl space sump pump has a high quality, 1/3 horsepower, cast-iron sump pump with an automatic float switch. Its unique sump liner and cover are specially designed to accept the CleanSpace crawl space vapor barrier system for an airtight seal.

Since you don't go into your crawl space a lot, you need to know if there is a plumbing leak. The SmartSump's unique lid design allows water from a plumbing leak to fill an alarm pocket on the lid first, sounding a WaterWatch alarm and letting you know there is a plumbing leak. From there, the water flows through an airtight floor drain that will let the water down, but not allow any damp air into your crawl space.
