I have reason to believe that the perforated hose laid along the bottom of the brick layer that leads to the sump pump may be plugged and the bottom layer of brick is showing wetness. House is 15 years old, basement unfinished.

We have a split foyer home that we would like to put on the market relatively soon. The cement floors in our family room and garage have cracked over the years. The water table is high in our neighborhood, and consequently we have a problem with water leaking into our basement from underneath the house and garage due to hydrostatic pressure. We would like to obtain an estimate to get this fixed.

Aaron W. and his crew that put in the anchors were great-hard working, answering questions, smiling and even singing at times, very much appreciated. The second crew of Juan M's did the crawl space and did a great job. The third crew of Kyle's put in the windows and we appreciate all their work-they did a great job that was not easy. They put in extra effort to caulk along the back porch and again, we appreciate them.

The Thrasher team initially came to our house in 2009 to take care of damp walls. They were thorough, quick, polite and neat. In the last few months we attended a home show and we talked with the rep who said they also now finished basements. With that past positive experience, it did not take us long to inquire further and sign up for our basement to be finished in early Febr. Jeremy helped us work through many details and our crew, under foreman Kyle Liss, arrived promptly on Monday, March 5. They worked quickly, with some long days, and they remained positive, thorough, creative, polite, and with good attention to detail. As of yesterday, March 16, they completed the project in the promised time frame. We felt we had a good working communication process with everyone involved. With such a large project, we were pleased that we did not have to deal with any of the subcontractors. Thrasher is number one in our house!

From start to finish this company has great teams working for the customer at all times. Deon and his crew, Jenna, Jeremy, and Kyle Liss and his crew exceeded my expectations. They were professional, timely, neat, organized, and even completed the work ahead of time. Everyone there made my basement beautiful and the experience enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone.
