Training and Development Manager

Amanda plans all of our internal training programs, and provides a lot of the training herself. A graduate of Doane College with a Corporate Communications degree, she has been a corporate trainer for over 10 years and has experience training people from all over the country in this and other industries. She’s a member of the American Society of Training & Development, and has received awards for her development of a corporate university and a new hire orientation program. Amanda says that one of the best things about Thrasher is that "we are all dedicated to serving our customers and will do whatever it takes as a team to accomplish that."
