Customer Service Representative

Brittin works as one of our Customer Service Representatives. Her regular work day responsibilities include setting customer appointments, caring for our supply room, making sure all our employees have what they need to do their jobs, and lots of other tasks around our office.  She has seven prior years of customer service experience and it shows! Brittin says the best thing about serving our customers is "being able to assist them in taking good care of their homes."  And, she says the best thing about working for Thrasher is "the family environment we share within the office and with our customers."
